摘要

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to reduce the width of a black matrix by applying a horizontal pixel structure to the black matrix. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display comprises the following: a gate line(121) spread on a first insulating substrate in a first direction; a data line(171) crossing the gate line; a pixel electrode(191) formed on a pixel area; a storage electrode formed on the same layer with the data line while covering the gate line; and storage wires(131,131a,131b) connected to the storage electrode.
