PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing information through a communication network are provided to release the connection blocking function of the system by recognizing a specific code on a belonging. CONSTITUTION: The specific code(23) of a belonging(21) includes uniform resource locator(URL) information which is accessible to a protector information. A mobile communication terminal(13) confirms the protector information through the URL information after the specific code of the belonging is recognized. A server(11) stores the protector information. The server transmits the protector information to the mobile communication terminal.
