PURPOSE: A soundproof drywall is provided to apply sound absorbing capabilities on various frequency region bands in various construction and industrial products. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof drywall comprises a first board layer(101), a plurality of studs(110), a second board layer(102) and a hollow frame(120). One end of the stud is fixed on one side of the first board layer. The second board layer is fixed to the other side end part of each stud. The hollow frame is fixed to each stud. The hollow frame accepts the fluid flowing in through a hole formed on the stud.
