PURPOSE: An emotional expressing device for the face of a robot is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying the structure of the device. CONSTITUTION: An emotional expressing device for the face of a robot is composed of a pair of tail rotary shafts(30,31), a drive motor(M), a rotating plate(32), an eccentric shaft(33), an actuating link(34), an actuating link guide member(35), and a pair of actuating arms(36,37). The rotary shafts are penetrated through a front panel(10). The drive motor is fixed to inside the front panel. The rotating plate is coupled to a motor shaft of the drive motor. The eccentric shaft is protruded from the rotating plate, and slidably coupled to one end of the actuating link. The actuating link guide member guides ascending and descending of the actuating link. The actuating arms rotate the rotary shaft by the ascending and descending of the actuating link.
