PURPOSE: By being proceed the installation process using the removable mode in the angle type steel member the compression buckling internal force strengthening member and this fastening method multiply the compression buckling internal force of the angle type steel member. CONSTITUTION: A member settling portion(100) is used in order to protect the angle type steel member(200). The first and second fixed hardware parts clinch each of both ends of the angle type steel member. The first and the second fixed hardware part clinch both ends of the settling portion. The first and the second fixed hardware part are controlled according to the standard of the angle type steel member. The horizontal connecting part(130) each other connects the first and the second fixed hardware part.
