PURPOSE: An apparatus for displaying broadcasting channel information is provided to supply integrated channel information classified according to channel properties by collecting analog broadcasting channel information and digital broadcasting channel information through an OSD screen, thereby improving discrimination of the channel information. CONSTITUTION: A channel search unit(531) collects channel information through the search of an analog broadcasting channel. An EPG(Electric Program Guide) generating unit(533) generates EPG information of a digital broadcasting channel. A channel information generator(535) collects the channel information and the EPG information. The channel information generator generates integrated channel information. An OSD(On Screen Display) processing unit(537) offers the integrated channel information by an OSD screen. |
