PURPOSE: A diverging device is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying the structure of the device, and to perform a diverging work even if a main pipe is not filled with water. CONSTITUTION: A diverging device comprises a water valve(20), an opening and closing member(30), and a bolt. The water valve is coupled to a main pipe(200), and has an inner passage communicated with a diverging hole(201). A branch pipe is communicated with the inner passage. The opening and closing member is moved from a communication position to a blockage position. And the opening and closing member opens the inner passage in the communication position, and closes the inner passage in the blockage position. The bolt pressurizes the opening and closing member to be straightly moved.
