At least, 2 hall device(26) is arranged in the around operation member. According to hall devices is the displacement of the operation member, the change of the magnetism is detected. Is composed of the holder in which the operation member puts together the annular shape magnet inside the fitting-in bore and the center push-button unitizing the circle plate consisting of the magnetic material in lower-part.
