PURPOSE: A granularity piping fixing device and a structure are provided to perform a fixing process in a narrow place by easily managing tools. CONSTITUTION: A granularity piping fixing device comprises a piping supporting unit(110), an inclination block(140), and a sleeve tube fixing member(150). The piping supporting unit comprises a band(130) and a flange. The band fixes the outer circumference of the granularity piping. A flange is settled in the upper side of a sleeve tube. The inclination block is formed on the top of flange. The inclination block has the inclined hole. The sleeve tube fixing member has a bolt(160) and a nut block(170). The bolt is projected through the inclined hole to the rear side of flange.
