PURPOSE: A latex resin composition for rubber gloves is provided to increase productivity while omitting a long aging process and to prevent allergic reaction caused by sulfur and vulcanization accelerator. CONSTITUTION: A latex resin composition for rubber gloves comprises a conjugated diene monomer, an ethylenic unsaturated nitrile monomer; an ethylenic unsaturated acid monomer; an ethylenic unsaturated monomer copolymerizable with the ethylenic unsaturated nitrile monomer and the ethylenic unsaturated monomer; and a reactive compound including two or more reactive groups. The molecular weight of the reactive compound is 250 or greater. The reactive group is selected from a vinyl group, epoxy group and glycidyl group.
