PURPOSE: A drink containing Sasa quelpaertensis extract and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be beneficial to a human body by including Sasa quelpaertensis extract and Sasa quelpaertensis distilled water in the drink. CONSTITUTION: A Sasa quelpaertensis drink contains Sasa quelpaertensis extract and Sasa quelpaertensis distilled water. The Sasa quelpaertensis extract and Sasa quelpaertensis distilled water are successively manufactured and mixed. The Sasa quelpaertensis extract is manufactured by brewing Sasa quelpaertensis materials, liquefying and cooling the steam produced thereby, and manufacturing the extract by putting the produced liquid into the materials. The Sasa quelpaertensis drink further includes a natural pigment, amino acid, and Scutellariae Radix extract.
