PURPOSE: A tag transmitter and vehicles position real time tracking system thereof are provided to minimize a mistake and missing of a worker by making all process automatic. CONSTITUTION: An RFID tag(100) is recognized by a PDA(300). The PDA has a radio communications ability. The RFID tag comprises an FR4 and reinforced plastics casing. The FR4 and the reinforced plastics reinforce the intensity and a physical properties of a silicon RFID tag. The recognized location information is transmitted to the system. The location of the vehicle is recognized by conforming a terminal authentication and location information. The number of the vehicles is confirmed. The entering and exiting of the vehicles is managed. An operator(400) confirms a result transmitted through the terminal.
