<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a transdermal absorption sheet capable of selectively and quantitatively adding a required sufficient amount of a medical agent only to a needle-like projection part. <P>SOLUTION: A first polymer layer 16 containing the medical agent is formed in a needle-like recessed part 22 by filling a first polymer solution 30 containing the medical agent in a mold 20 having the needle-like recessed part 22 and solidifying it. Then, by supplying a second polymer solution 32 not containing the medical agent to the mold 20 where the first polymer layer 16 is formed and solidifying it, a polymer sheet 34 having the configuration that the first polymer layer 16 and the second polymer layer 18 are laminated is formed.
