<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately obtain an opportunity to detect abnormality of a barometric sensor using an intake pressure sensor of an engine in a vehicle control device. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle control system 10 includes: an engine 12; rotary electric machines 14 and 16; a power supply circuit 18; the intake pressure sensor 20; the barometric sensor 22; an IG-ON/OFF switch 70; and a control device 48. A controller 50 of the control device 48 includes: a system start/stop module 52 which performs start or stop of activation of a whole system: a sensor status determination module 54 which determines whether the barometric sensor 22 is in an abnormal status based on a detected value of the intake pressure sensor 20; a voltage boost restriction module 56 which restricts voltage boost of a voltage converter 34 according to a detected value of the barometric sensor 22; a power supply stop delay module 58 which delays stop of electric power supply of a low voltage battery 44 during a period defined beforehand after stop the engine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
