PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform display for easily selecting a video image photographing a scene, addition of annotation to the scene being desired.

SOLUTION: When a user of a terminal who views a photographing target adds the annotation to a plurality of video images, a photographing instrument icon is displayed to suit a user coordinate system so as to obtain a layout so that a positional relationship of a center of gravity in the photographing target to be photographed by a plurality of photographing instruments viewed from the user who carries out the annotation is analogous to a layout of icons displayed in the user's terminal to indicate the plurality of photographing instruments. When this takes place, the annotation date and time are converted into a video image time (an integration time when a video image start point is 0) to register annotation information, a video image section is defined to the photographed video image, a digest video image is produced handling the video image section including the annotation as a target, and the annotation information is synchronously displayed.
