摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triphenylamine derivative which improves sensitive characteristics, when used as a hole transport agent of electrophotographic photosensitizer. SOLUTION: There is provided the triphenylamine derivative represented by formula (1), wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a 1 to 8C alkyl; R<SP>2</SP>to R<SP>5</SP>are each H, a 1 to 8C alkyl, or the like; at least one of R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>is a 1 to 8C alkyl or the like; R<SP>6</SP>is H or a 1 to 6C alkyl; Ar<SP>1</SP>, Ar<SP>2</SP>are each H, a 6 to 20C aryl, or the like, excluding a case in which both Ar<SP>1</SP>and Ar<SP>2</SP>are H.
