PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous detection of a wayside coil by a simple constitution even if a clearance of a pickup coil and the wayside coil and a position relationship of the right and left sides are varied by rocking or the like of a train. SOLUTION: A receiving level determination part 9 of an onboard device 2 determines the receiving level received through the pickup coil 11 by a transmission/receiving part 8 to decide a wayside coil detection range by a first threshold value Vth1 for wayside coil detection and a second threshold value Vth2 larger than the first threshold value Vth1 by a predetermined level. Even if the clearance of the pickup coil 11 and the wayside coil 4 and the position relationship of the right and left sides is varied by rocking or the like of the train 1 and the receiving level of a receiving signal of the transmission/receiving part 8 are partially and extremely reduced than the threshold value, the erroneous detection of the wayside coil 4 is prevented.
