PURPOSE: A photosensitive film is provided to prevent in-plane defects such as pinhole due to uniform film thickness and to form highly fine persistent pattern due to excellent adhesion with a substrate for forming a printed wire. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a photosensitive film comprises: a coating preparation step for preparing a coating solution containing a photosensitive resin composition, wherein the photosensitive resin composition includes a compound introduced with a photosensitive group and an acid group for imparting alkali development, a polymerizable compound, and a photopolymerization initiator; a de-aeration step; a coating step; and a drying step for forming a photosensitive layer on a supporter.
