PURPOSE: A waterproof processing method of beret is provided, which obtains waterproof property and light-weighted feeling and makes ventilation effect good. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof processing method of beret comprises: a step of hanging a plurality of berets made of wool knitted and woven fabric on a beret hanger; a step of soaking in a tank of water repellent solution containing trimethoxy-silane melamine, fluorine water repellent or Teflon water repellent, naphtha thickening agent, and water repellent solvent at a certain ratio for three seconds; and a step of drying in a drier(4) equipped with a temperature controller(5), a timer(6), and a boiler(7) etc for 30 minutes. |
