<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film transfer tool that prevents uneven winding of a base tape on a take-up reel by effectively preventing twisting of the base tape immediately after coating film transfer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A transfer head 9 is composed of a first roller 10 pressurizing toward a target transfer surface P a transfer tape T that is delivered from a supply reel 7, and of a second roller 11 arranged above the first roller 10. At least between the delivering state of the transfer tape T and the winding state of the base tape T' during the transfer, the first roller 10 and the second roller 11 are brought into press contact with each other, so that the base tape T' immediately after the coating film transfer is held in a pinching state.
