<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fraudulence detecting device capable of detecting fraudulence without utilizing an outside component such as a magnetic sensor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fraudulence detecting device includes: a prescribed number of timers with order of priority; a priority encoder to actuate a timer with the highest order of priority among the prescribed number of timers with inactive outputs; and an AND gate whose output becomes active when all the outputs of the prescribed number of timers are active.
