PURPOSE: A sensor-integrated diagnosis cartridge and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to fill filler such as film or liquid and improve sensitivity of measurement. CONSTITUTION: A sensor-integrated diagnosis cartridge comprises: a substrate having an electrode pattern for transforming sensed signal to the outside; a guide member which is mounted on the substrate by crossing magnetoresistive sensor and moves detection subject from one side to the other side; a filler filled between the substrate and guide member. The filler is filled as a height of the magnetoresistive sensor. The filler is an adhesive film and adhesive liquid.
