<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling or warming jacket enabling adjustment of sensible temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling or warming jacket includes: a portable heat exchanger; and a jacket body into the inside of which cool air sent out from the heat exchanger is taken via a connection hose. The portable heat exchanger includes: a heat-exchange module having a cooling storage agent in a heat-insulating cylindrical container made of metal or resin and formed into a double structure, a heat-exchanging air pipe connected to an outer air-intake port one end of which is provided at the bottom of the heat-insulating cylindrical container and the other end of which projects to the outside from the lid of the heat-insulating cylindrical container while putting around the periphery of the cooling storage agent, and heat-exchange medium liquid charged so as to fill the gap of a space where the cooling storage agent and the heat-exchange air pipe are disposed; and an air pump connected to the heat-exchange air pipe to suck the air cooled after passing through the heat-exchanging air pipe and send the air to the outside of the jacket. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
