<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method for tire inner surface, which improves adhesion between the tire inner surface and a sound absorbing layer without polishing the tire inner surface; and a processing device for tire inner surface, which allows conducting such a processing method. <P>SOLUTION: The processing method for the tire inner surface modifies an area of a tire inner surface 4 to which the sound absorbing layer is attached, by applying electrical discharge to the tire inner surface 4 using an electrical discharge implement 5, in the tire inner surface 4. Also, a tire inner surface modifying device 1 polishes the tire inner surface 4, wherein the tire inner surface modifying device 1 is the device which is equipped with the electrical discharge implement 5 to apply electric discharge on the tire inner surface 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
