摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fabricate a functional film having excellent optical and conductive functions without lowering mechanical strengths. <P>SOLUTION: The functional film 10 has an optical film of a refractive index different from that of the resin substrate 11 on at least one side of a resin substrate 11, and the optical film keeps the first thin-film layer 13 of a refractive index n1 of 1.50-2.00 and a film thickness d1 of 1-10 nm, the second thin-film layer 14 of a refractive index n2 of 1.90-2.50 and a film thickness d2 of 10-35 nm, the third thin-film layer 15 of a refractive index n3 of 1.35-1.50 and a film thickness d3 of 35-80 nm and the fourth thin-film layer 16 of a refractive index n4 of 1.90-2.20, film thickness d4 of 10-30 nm and a surface resistivity of 150-800Ω/Square, piled up in this order on the resin substrate 11, with n2>n4>n1>n3.
