PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, at a low cost, a liquid droplet delivering head capable of suppressing the generation of mutual interference in a normal pitch structure, a liquid droplet delivering apparatus, and an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: An actuator 160, constituted by stacking piezoelectric elements on internal electrodes 250 arranged so as to form an active region 251 in which an electric field is applied on the piezoelectric elements and inactive regions 252 and 253 in which no electric field is applied, is provided, so that channels 260 for separating the active region 251 and the inactive regions 252 and 253 are formed in the inactive regions 252 and 253 so as not to cut off the internal electrodes 250.
