<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient information processor or the like which does not require complicated operation and has improved user-friendliness, without being conscious of a function assigned to the operation part of a cursor stick or the like when the information processor is opened/closed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a PC remoter 10 is opened, a cursor key 40 on the side of a second enclosure 200 is exposed, and a display part 30 displaying divided images of the server is provided on the side of a first enclosure 100. The cursor stick 20 switching a plurality of functions by a user operation is provided in the vicinity of the display part 30.
