PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving device that is suitably made compact and stops displacement of a moving body by longer than a certain distance along a lens optical axis, displacement of the moving body in a radial direction, rotational displacement of the moving body on the lens optical axis, and inclination of the moving body to the lens optical axis even when the number of spring members is decreased to one for size reduction. SOLUTION: In the lens driving device 1, a spring member 14 in a gimbal spring shape having an arm portion 14c is arranged only at an end of the moving body 3 on the side of an imaging element in the direction of the lens optical axis L. At the end of the moving body 3 on the side of a subject, a displacement stopping mechanism 1a is arranged which stops the displacement of the moving body 3 by longer than the certain distance along the lens optical axis L, displacement of the moving body 3 in the radial direction, rotational displacement of the moving body 3, and inclination of the moving body 3 by a projection portion 117 projecting in the lens optical axis L and by a recessed portion 137 that the projection portion 117 engages.
