PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger ear having large strength in a pulling direction and being not destroyed even if large rocking in a vertical direction is generated on a cable at an earthquake. SOLUTION: The hanger ear 1 is provided with a hanger bar 2 hooked on a hanging cable M; a pair of first and second ear pieces 3, 4 mounted to a lower end part and grasping a trolley wire T between both members; and a bolt 5 for fastening both ear pieces. The hanger bar 2 is formed by bending a round rod material made of metal to an approximately U shape and has a hook part 6 on an upper part. One end part 7 is linearly hung down and is fixed to a connection part 10 of the first ear piece 3, and an engagement part 8 bent in a horizontal direction and having a distal end directed to an outer side is provided on the other end part. The ear piece 4 is provided with a corresponding engagement part 14 for engaging the engagement part 8 of the hanger bar. If the bolt 5 is loosened, the engagement part 14 can release engagement with the engagement part 8 by removing the engagement with the engagement part 8. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
