PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot mounting device capable of reducing the number of components in a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The foot mounting device 1 is provided with a support shaft 100, a support arm 200, and an attachment bracket 300. The other end part of the support arm 200 has two arm side plate parts 221 and 222 facing each other, and they have arm side bent end plate parts 223 and 224 bent to the outer side in the extending direction of the support shaft 100 respectively. The attachment bracket 300 is provided with two bracket side plate parts 321 and 322 facing each other, and they are arranged so as to clamp the two arm side plate parts 221 and 222 from the outer side. The end faces 323 and 324 abut on the end faces 225 and 226, and the end faces 325 and 326 abut on the inner side faces 227 and 228. Thereby, the attachment bracket 300 locks the turning of the support arm 200, and at that time, a bracket side bent end plate part 327 is arranged so as to be inserted between the two arm side plate parts 221 and 222.
