<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens drive unit which suppresses the amplitude of vibration of an objective lens with respect to bending vibration of a lens holder, and suppresses the tilt of the lens with respect to operation tilt, and to record information to a disk in higher density at higher speed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Three magnets 736p, 736c, 736p are arranged continuously along a tracking direction so that polarities are different mutually, widths of the magnets 736p of both outside among three magnets 736p, 736c, 736p are made wider than that of the magnet 736c of the inside.
