摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding line for gaskets of constituent components of a fuel cell having a simple constitution by which a cycle time can be shortened, and to provide a molding method for the gaskets of the constituent components of the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The molding line for the gaskets is used for integrally molding the gaskets on surfaces of the constituent components M of the fuel cell. In this molding line, a plurality of molds 1 which house the constituent components M of the fuel cell to form cavities 1a for gasket molding, and a plurality of mold opening and closing mechanisms 2 which open and close these molds 1 are immovably arranged, gasket material injecting parts 1b of respective molds 1 are installed so as to be opened upward. Injection plungers 3 having nozzles 3a joined to the gasket material injecting parts 1b of the respective molds 1 are installed so as to be movable above the molds 1. The constituent components M of the fuel cell are housed in the cavities 1a of the respective molds 1, and constituent component transportation means 4 to take out the constituent components M' in which molded gaskets from the respective molds 1 are movably installed at positions corresponding to the gasket material injecting parts 1b of optional molds 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
