PURPOSE: A belt exchange apparatus for a belt conveyor is provided to facilitate belt exchange by simultaneously performing used belt removal and new belt supply. CONSTITUTION: A belt exchange apparatus for a belt conveyor comprises a base frame(10), a first clamping unit(20), a winding device(30), a belt supply unit, and a second clamping unit(50). The first clamping unit is installed on the base frame and clamps a waste belt(21) transferred. The winding device winds up the waste belt cut in the first clamping unit. The belt supply unit is installed on the base frame to supply a replaced belt(41) to a belt conveyor. The second clamping unit clamps a proximal region implementing connection of the replaced belt.
