CONSTITUTION: A medical electric mat having a pneumatic tube unit comprises: a cushion material, a heating element, and an electric heat material which are successively installed inside; an upper film(52) in which a flange part is formed in the girth and an air layer is formed inside; a mineral crushed material(70) inserted into the ridge of the upper film; and a pneumatic tube unit(50) equipped with a lower film which is adhered to form an air layer of the vacuum condition.
