PURPOSE: According to a nozzle apparatus for the sawing sorter system is the change of the task kind among the drive of equipment, nozzle is for exchanged automatically. The change operation of nozzle is proceeding rapidly. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle apparatus for the sawing sorter system comprises the nozzle unit(110), and the nozzle base part(120) and nozzle socket part(130). The nozzle unit adsorbs the semiconductor package. The nozzle socket part comprises the socket holder, and the socket latch and compressed spring. The compressed spring offers the elastic force to the socket latch. The nozzle base part comprises the nozzle unit. The nozzle socket part exchanges for the nozzle unit.
