<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the performance of absorbing the slack of a wire harness and prevent the interference between a flat harness and outside, in an object which absorbs slack by expanding and shrinking the flat wire harness spirally. <P>SOLUTION: In this feeder system 1, each base end of the flat harness 9 and a spring member 11 shaped like a spiral plate is fixed to a boss part 3, and the boss part is composed of a riser 11a, which projects radially from the boss part, and a winder 10, which connects to the riser and is rolled in two or more layers adjacent to one another on a side that is apart radially from the boss part, and this system is constituted by winding the flat harness 9 into plural layers along the peripheral face of the winder. The boss part 3 is fixed to a case 6, and the spring member 11 and the winder 8 for the flat harness are accommodated in the case. Within the case, the flat harness 9 is wound more on the peripheral side than the spring member 11. A flexible harness sheathing member 7 is fixed to the chip side of the spring member 11, and the harness sheathing member is pulled out from the case 6 together with the flat harness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
