摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for dye-sensitized solar cell wherein an oxide semiconductor layer is hardly peeled off, and to provide an oxide semiconductor electrode for dye-sensitized solar cell using the substrate for dye-sensitized solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate for dye-sensitized solar cell is configured by forming a transparent conductive film on a glass substrate, and used by forming an oxide semiconductor layer on the transparent conductive film.
