PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power supply device which improves the safety, at breakages due to collision, or the like. SOLUTION: The vehicle power supply device 100, connected in parallel with a battery 10 for supplying power to an electric component 30 of a vehicle, includes a first electrical storage means 110 and a second electrical storage means 120 having capacitors; a battery bus bar 150 for conducting a positive electrode of the battery and a positive electrode of the first electrical storage means; and an intermediate bus bar 190 for conducting a negative electrode of the first electrical storage means and a positive electrode of the second electrical storage means, and is arranged to be partly adjacent to the battery bus bar. An adjacent section to the battery bus bar of the intermediate bus bar is arranged, by being deviated from the battery bus bar, as viewed from the input direction of the load due to the collision.
