<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor changing an upper limit of an item amount allocated to a series of work even for a plurality of items. <P>SOLUTION: A work information storage part 20 stores a plurality of pieces of work information each showing each work associatively with item amount upper limit information showing the upper limit of the item amount allocated to the work and item amount upper limit increase possibility/impossibility information showing possibility/impossibility of increase of the upper limit of the item amount. An allocation item information generation part 24 generates allocation item information showing an item allocated to each work about each period. A vacant period specification part 28 specifies a vacant period about each item. An item amount upper limit information update part 30 updates the item amount upper limit information when it is decided that the increase of the upper limit of the item amount is possible.
