<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control a virtual camera so as to photograph images to be a game image configuration for easily playing a game even in a scene where many NPCs successively appear, in a shooting game wherein a player character and the plurality of NPCs are disposed in a game space formed in a three-dimensional virtual space and the image for which the situation is photographed with the virtual camera is turned to a game image. <P>SOLUTION: A group to be an object is selected from the enemy groups 24a and 24b in a fighting area 22 in play at present. A reference point G equivalent to the representative point of the arrangement position of all the enemy NPCs belonging to the selected group is calculated, it is assumed that the photographing direction L of the virtual camera CM is turned to the reference point, and a target view angle θ is calculated so as to project all the enemy NPCs of the object group.
