<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to control simply light distribution of an overhead sign light-distribution pattern OP. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle headlamp is provided with a light guide body 5 which introduces and guides light from a semiconductor type light source 2 and emits as an overhead sign light-distribution pattern OP. The light guide body 5 is constructed of an incident face 20 which is provided opposed to the semiconductor type light source 2 and introduces light from the semiconductor type light source 2, a light guide part 21 which guides light incident from the incident face 20 to a prescribed position, and an outgoing face 22 which emits light guided by the light guide part 21 to a projection lens 6 side as an overhead sign light-distribution pattern OP. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
