<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device capable of accurately performing the inspection of noise in the image processing of an endoscopic system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The inspection device 70 of the endoscopic system 1 includes a holding part 71 for holding the leading end of a scope 10 in a fixed state, a light guide member 73 for guiding the light emitted from a light source 31 used for the illumination through the scope 10 and a diffusion part 75 provided at a position opposed to the leading end of the scope 10 when the scope 10 is attached to the holding part 71 and diffusing the light from the light source 31 guided through the light guide member 73 to radiate the same toward the scope 10.
