PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an inside temperature with high accuracy while reducing the number of times of starting compressors. SOLUTION: This refrigerating device includes a first refrigerant circuit constituted by circularly connecting a first compressor, a first condenser, a first pressure reducer and a first evaporator by first refrigerant piping, a second refrigerant circuit constituted by circularly connecting a second compressor, a second condenser, a second pressure reducer and a second evaporator by second refrigerant piping, a temperature sensor detecting a temperature inside of a low-temperature storage in which the first evaporator and the second evaporator are disposed while simultaneously cooling the inside, and a first control device controlling the first compressor and the second compressor to be simultaneously operated each time when a detection temperature of the temperature sensor reaches a first temperature, and controls the first compressor and the second compressor to be alternately operated each time when the detection temperature of the temperature sensor reaches a second temperature lower than the first temperature.
