PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deposition of dust on a recording sheet of paper after printing without increasing the number of components. SOLUTION: A cover member 75 is provided on the upper side of a placement tray 74 arranged near a manual-feed guide member 78. The cover member 75 is closable in a closing position where the upper side of the placement tray 74 is covered, and is openable in an opening position rising from the closing position where the recording sheet P manually inserted through a manual insertion opening portion 77 is supported.
