<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant transport hose excellent in interlayer adhesion and flexibility without causing foam in a rubber layer, and having less permeability of a refrigerant. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The refrigerant transport hose is provided with an innermost layer 1 consisting of a material including a polyamide resin as a main component, a low-permeability layer 2 provided on the periphery of the innermost layer and consisting of a material including polyvinyl alcohol as a main component, and a butyl rubber layer 3a which consists of a rubber composition containing a component (A) being butyl rubber, a component (B) being an alkaline silica and containing no talc and which is provided on and contacts the periphery of the low-permeability layer 2.
