<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green-tire molding apparatus preventing defects in manufacture of a pneumatic tire when a second construction member at least including a tread rubber sheet is pasted to a green case 11; and a method for manufacturing a tire by using the green-tire molding apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This green-tire molding apparatus 100 comprises a molding roll 200 for molding the green case 11 by expanding a first construction member into the shape of the green tire, while pasting the second construction member 12 onto the green case 11; and a pressing roller 300 for pressing the second construction member 12. The molding roll 200 comprises a pressing part 210 for pressing inner side surface 20 of the green case 11 outward from the inner side surface 20; and an expansion/contraction part 220 for expanding/contracting the pressing part 210 along the tire-diameter direction. The pressing part 210 has a pressing surface 210A for pressing the inner side surface 20.
