NANOFIBER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe nanofiber having no scattering and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The nanofiber is produced by forming a polymer thin film on a substrate, irradiating the polymer thin film with ion beams having tracks to reach the substrate from a plurality of directions, forming a plurality of cylindrical cross-linked portions that are three-dimensionally connected mutually and each have one end fixed on the substrate surface within the polymer thin film, and cleaning the cross-linked portions with a solvent.
