PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable synchronizing device of a transmission capable of preventing manufacturing costs from increasing and capable of reducing the size of the transmission device, by restraining the generation of trailing torque of a synchronizer ring at idle rotation time of transmission geers by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: By providing a slope inclined plane 100c on the rear surface 23b of the spline 23 of the synchronizer ring 14, the synchronizer ring 14 is so energized to the separated direction F from the cone surface of the transmission gear by receiving a reaction force of the lubrication oil O to contact the slope inclined plane 100c.
