PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal can seal up the connection portion between an outlet and an inlet, without scarcely allowing external force to be applied to an inlet forming surface. SOLUTION: The seal is a fluid-pressure utilizing seal 10 provided between an outlet forming surface 4 where the outlet 3 for letting fluid flow out is formed, and an inlet forming surface 9 where the inlet 5 for letting the fluid from this outlet 3 flow in is formed, and this fluid-pressure utilizing seal is attached to the outlet forming surface 4 so as to surround a fluid passage region 11 existing from the outlet 3 up to the inlet 5. Moreover, the seal 10 has an inside tip 13 which touches the inlet forming surface 9 and surrounds the inlet 5, an outside part 15 which is located being separated from the inside tip 13 in the direction heading from the center of the inlet C towards the circumference edge of the inlet C and surrounds the passage region 11, and an extension part 17 extending from the inside tip 13 up to the outside part 15 and surrounding the passage region 11. Sealing of the passage region 11 from the outside is maintained, as a uniting part 17 is pressed against the inlet forming surface 9 by the pressure of the fluid inside the passage region 11.
