PURPOSE: A floating structure is provided to carry out continuous unloading and minimize the risk of sloshing using an unloading pipe line installed in a container tank for loading and unloading. CONSTITUTION: A floating structure comprises a membrane type storage tank(3), a loading and unloading tank(1), an unloading pipe line(L2), a feed pump(3a), and an unloading pump(1a). The membrane type storage tank is installed in the floating structure to store liquid goods. The unloading pipe line is installed in the loading and unloading tank to load and unload liquid goods. The feed pump transfers the liquid goods through a main pipeline in the loading and unloading tank. The unloading pump is installed in the loading and unloading tank to carry the liquid goods.
